PAGASA Updates of Typhoon “Ulysses” November 12, 2020. Typhoon “Ulysses” maintains its strength and is now over the West Philippine Sea East of Zambales.

The center of “ULYSSES” emerged over the western seaboard of Zambales at 8:00 AM today. Slight intensification is likely as the typhoon moves over the West Philippine Sea away from the landmass. On the forecast track, the typhoon may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility tomorrow morning.

At 10:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon “ULYSSES” was located based on all available data including Subic and Benguet Doppler Radar at 85 km West of Iba, Zambales(15.4°N, 119.2°E).
