Bea Alonzo is now a Kapuso star. On July 1, she signed a contract with GMA Network. The contract signing happened at the Edsa Shangri-La, Manila, in Mandaluyong City today, July 1, 2021. Bea was an ABS-CBN star for over two decades until October 2020, when she decided not to renew her contract. She has since been under the management of Shirley Kuan.
However, Bea received many greetings from various personalities, including former loveteam John Lloyd Cruz and Direk Bobot Mortiz.
GMA Films president Annette Gozon-Valdes and GMA first vice president for program management Jose Mari R. Abacan witnessed Bea signing a contract with GMA.
Bea asked John Lloyd if she will ever see him on GMA, “Makikita ba kita dito?” Ms. Annette teased both of them, “Hilanin mo na.”
