Metro Manila and the majority of the country have been placed under COVID-19 Alert Level 1, the most relaxed movement restriction, until April 30. Under this alert level status, both indoor and outdoor venues can hold social gatherings at full capacity. Participants should, however, still observe the minimum mandated public health standards, such as wearing face masks, social distancing, and presenting COVID-19 vaccination cards upon entry. In 2021, despite tighter limitations on meetings and activities, MUPH only authorized 100 attendees for its restricted live audience of the performance, which took place on September 30 at the Henann Resort Convention Center in Panglao, Bohol.
