Kapamilya superstar Vice Ganda talks international beauty Kelsey Merritt in his newest vlog.
Kelsey Merritt is the first Filipina model to walk Victoria’s Secret’s runway as a “angel.” It took place in 2018 and was the final show.
She felt proud that she was indeed a part of it and had created history. In her most recent interview with Vice Ganda for the superstar’s YouTube channel, she revealed some details regarding her modeling career.
As a result, at the age of 15, she began modeling for local designers on the runway. She planned to move overseas and work as a model after graduating from college. She was accepted for the Victoria’s Secret show one year later, following her initial audition.
It was both a terrifying event and a dream come true for her. She also explained why she chose this profession.
“You know one of the reasons why nag-work ako ng modeling sa States is I can look like a lot of ethnicities, very ambiguous. Kasi di ba dati may isang stereotype ng mga nagmo-model. So ngayon ang gusto nila iba-iba look. Diverse,” she said.

Vice said in the same video that Kelsey is the lovely and adorable beauty. She appears accessible, which is one of the qualities he admires about her. According to the celebrity comedian, not all gorgeous ladies are gifted with charm. Some of his beauties are rather brooding.
