After their conventional wedding in Ireland last year, Glaiza De Castro and David Rainey are planning their wedding in the Philippines. But, now that she’s married and has a family of her own, is the actress ready to retire from show business? Glaiza revealed on Kapuso Insider that now that she and David are married, her priorities will shift when it comes to starting a family.
They are also preparing for wedded life together, as opposed to the previous LDR, or long distance relationship, which he admits is challenging. This planning included the establishment of a cafe in Baler that David would operate. Glaiza stated that she and David had previously discussed the work and that she will not give up her love of performing.
“Para sa akin never mawawala yung urged ko to work. So kahit pa sabihin natin na mag-migrate ako dun [sa Ireland], hahanap at hahanap ako ng paraan para umarte o para mag-produce,” sabi ni Glaiza.
“I would say na kahit nagkaroon na ako ng pamilya, nandoon pa rin yung urged ko to act at hindi mawawala ‘yon,” she added.
The actress stated that her method, daily routine, and priorities would alter now that she is married and has a family. However, he stated that he was not willing to give up everything and that he and David had discussed it.
Glaiza is currently looking for parts, and one of them will be featured in the upcoming Kapuso series “False Positive.”
