A Kakampink who criticized Iglesia ni Cristo for supporting a “magnanakaw” has apologized.
Apparently, several people were dissatisfied to INC’s promotion.
One of them is a man named Gener Laserna, who went on Facebook and criticized the mentioned religious organization.
“Yung bawal ka daw kumain ng dinuguan,” he added, “pero pwede ka sumuporta sa magnanakaw.”
A Kakampink supports Vice President Leni Robredo and her campaign partner, Sen. Kiko Pangilinan.
The two will face Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza, Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson, and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.
Recently, the religious organization Iglesia ni Cristo, or INC, declared its endorsement for the BBM-Sara tandem in the May 9 elections.
Laserna received a bunch of criticism on social media, causing him to regret for not respecting INCs.
He stated in a post that he had family and friends who are members of INC and that his post offended them.
He also apologized to Robredo supporters who are members of the mentioned religious group.
INC has yet to release a remark over Laserna’s posts.
