Thousands of Catholics devotees come together to attend the mass in celebration of the Feast of the Black Nazarene on Saturday, January 9. Quiapo Church.
Church organizers allowed only 400 churchgoers inside the church. Because of this situation, devotees were force to occupy the north- and south-bound areas of Quezon Boulevard.
